We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on Grazing Platters and at least 72 hours for Grazing Tables. For weddings and larger events, as much advanced notice as possible is always appreciated as dates book up quickly. Need something sooner? email us — we'll always do our best to help with last-minute requests.

Browse our collections, add the products you'd like to your cart and complete the order form with your event date, time and delivery details. For Grazing Tables or anything custom, use the Contact us for custom orders button and we'll work together to create something special for you. We confirm all details and payment by email before your order is finalised.

There is no minimum order for any collection. However, for delivery orders the minimum order value is £50.

For events we require a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your booking. The balance must be settled 2 weeks in advance of the event date. For Grazing Boxes and Platters the full amount is due at the time of ordering.

Please email us at hello@gourmetgrazingni.com as soon as you can. We'll always try to accommodate changes, but because our produce is sourced fresh and prepared to order, changes or cancellations close to your delivery date may not be possible.

We accept bank transfers as our preferred method, however we can also process card payments.

We deliver and cater right across Northern Ireland & Ireland.

Yes, this will depend on your location; it is calculated on a mileage and time basis. All charges will be confirmed in advance, so there are no surprises.

Yes, our team arrives early to set up and style everything on site and we are able to provide serving utensils, plates and napkins if required. Individual platters arrive ready to serve on a disposable wooden board within a protective box.

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. All items are prepared with care to avoid cross-contamination, although this cannot be guaranteed. We also provide clear allergen information for all our events. Just let us know your needs when you order.

As a guide: Grazing Boxes would typically serve 2–6 people, Platters serve 6–15 depending on size, and Grazing Tables can serve 50–500 guests. Not sure which size is right? We're happy to help you choose.

Platters are best enjoyed the day they are received. If refrigerated, they'll keep for up to 2 days.

Yes, while our Grazing Tables and Platters are our signature, we're a full catering company. We cater breakfast spreads, working lunches, buffets and celebration dinners for weddings, corporate events and private occasions across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
